The Merit is calculated based on past academic performance, i.e., the candidates’ latest degree results and their result in the entry Test examination and interview. AU conducts entry test exams on its own, and the minimum result required to apply for the qualification is 50% of the previous semester’s total result. Those eligible for admission and eligible must accept the purpose of the entrance examination. From 30 May to 30 July, the Air University conducted entry tests at various campuses. Eligible candidates have to get 80% marks of MS admission. Or Ph.D. In the intermediate level of university admission, the total score of examination scores and interview marks should not exceed 60%. Candidates whose undergraduate degree score, test score, and score for admission to MBA or Master is more than 55%.

Aeronautical University is a consortium-run public sector university dedicated to academic excellence in teaching and scholarship. AU was established in 2002 by Pakistan Air Force. The university offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in IT, engineering, business management, and humanities. After the entrance examination is cleared, the candidates will be called for an interview. Senior University officials will interview the selected candidates.
